In Great Britain the age is "under 13": In Hongkong *under 12
Whipping: in Hongkong, the provisions as to fleeing are generally more severe than in Great Britain. Any male offender convicted by a Laistrate of an indecent assault on a female can be g flogged (vide Sec.85(a) of Ord.3 of 1913.
There are no Reformatory provisions in Hongkong.
